About the Library

The view from the Morton R. Godine Library stretches from Cambridge to the Boston Harbor and overlooks the Gardner Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts, and Olmstead's Emerald Necklace.  This makes the library an inspiring setting for study, research, and meetings.  Its wealth of resources, print and digital, verbal and visual, and a range of library services support the college's curriculum and provide connections to disciplines beyond the curriculum.   The library is located on the 12th and 13th floors of the Tower building at 621 Huntington Avenue.  During the fall and spring semesters, the library is open to students, faculty and staff the general Monday through  Thursday 8am to 9pm, and on Fridays from 8 to 6.  With some exceptions, the library is open to the general public, year-round from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.   See our schedule of   open hours.
