Enterprise Rent-A-Car Program
MassArt has a contractual arrangement with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to provide vehicle rental services. This contract is a part of the college's group purchasing collaborative with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Operation Services Division. The base contract rates are offered by New England Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations, with a seperate contract rates for national rentals .

When making business use reservations travelers must reference the business use account number. When using this business use account number included in the rates are our Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) that comes with a $0 deductable and our Supplemental Liability Protection (SLP) which provides coverage of $100,000 per person, $300,000 per incident, and $50,000 in property damage.

The Enterprise Contract also is available for discounts on personal use rentals for all college employees. When making personal vehicle rental arrangements please make sure to reference the personal use account number. Employees are responsible to make their own insurance coverage decisions when renting for personal use.
Reservation process
To take advantage of this discount on your next rental, simply log onto www.enterprise.com and type in your business or personal use account number. It will then ask for a pin number which will be the first three letters of your college MAS. You can also call our national reservation service at 800-RENT-A-CAR or the branch directly to set up a reservation. When calling in your reservation the representative can pull up your account information by your account number and you will not need your pin number.
