Action for the Planet

Action for the Planet benefits the MassArt community by hosting community art builds, documentary viewings, and discussions around the topics of climate and environmental justice.

Alternative Spring Break

We are a group of students who fundraise and travel to a Habitat for Humanity US location for spring break, and assist in construction of a house for a family.

The American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS), is an international organization of architecture students that aims to better the school environment of architecture (in studios, classes and community), while also making the transition from education to profession as smooth as possible.

Animation SGA

We create art that both captures life and enhances it. We aim to involve more animators with the community and help bring independent student made films to the greater Boston community.

Architecture SGA

We inspire students to create innovative designs for a more sustainable future, as well as encouraging lasting relationships and connections that will help students to succeed in the world after graduation.

Art Education SGA

We represent the Art Education Department through hosting trips, visiting art talks, and round table discussions.

Artists of Color Union

The purpose of ACU is to provide a safe and educational space for MassArt's students of color. The group has been responsible for many of the progressive changes made at MassArt and we plan to continue to make MassArt an inclusive space for all students, not just the majority.

CACP’s student cohort is a group of student workers who are actively engaged in CACP through various positions on campus and in our neighborhood.

Center of Vision

Center of Vision is MassArt's official student-run magazine. We are a monthly print publication with an expanding online presence. Our magazine gives MassArt students both a voice and a platform to share their writing and artwork with the entire MassArt community.

Ceramics SGA

We help introduce the school and our department to contemporary ceramic practices and artists. We are committed to the continuation of the ceramics major and to the accessibility of our studios to MassArt students as a whole.
